Hi all! I'm working on a startup called PlasticScore (www.plasticscore.co), which is a zero-waste rating app for restaurants. We want to leverage diner's voices to convince restaurants to improve their practices, and on the back end help those restaurants implement those changes. I would love to get any advice and resources on best practices for restaurant waste reduction.
